Our dried lavender bundles are minimally processed - cut fresh from our fields, hand-tied, and naturally dried. From there, the creativity is yours. Add them to a bouquet, create a wreath, design a stunning centerpiece, or de-bud for crafting, bath & body projects, or even culinary use.
(For culinary purposes, English lavender varieties are recommended for their flavor.)
All lavender is grown right here on our farm without the use of chemicals or pesticides.
Available Varieties:
English Lavender – Shorter stems with the darkest, most long-lasting color
• Hidcote – A favorite for weddings, known for its deep purple color
• Royal Velvet – Our top choice for culinary use
Lavandin (x intermedia) – Longer stems with a stronger fragrance
• Phenomenal – Dense blooms with a wonderful scent
• Gros Bleu – Extra-long stems with a vibrant purple color, even when dried (a new bridal favorite)
Additional varieties such as Riverina Thomas or Super Blue may be available in limited quantities—feel free to reach out if you’re looking for something specific.
Our hybrid variety (Gros Bleu and Phenomenal) have longer stems and are lighter in color, but really pack the punch from a scent perspective! They are great for crafting, decorating and a variety of other uses. Not recommended for culinary use.
The English varieties we carry, Royal Velvet and Hidcote, are shorter stemmed, have a much darker purple color, and both can be used in cooking and baking! We offer smaller bundles of culinary on the stem so you can keep it in your kitchen for decorative use, and then take the buds right off the stems when you are ready to cook with it!
